3.3 miles this morning on a 10 minute mile pace. got a real dilema though...i think the shin splint is coming back. i think what this means is that from now on, i'll need to do all my preparation in a non impact way.

When treating ductile iron, the first transfer (from the furnace to the tundish ladle) is where magnesium is introduced to the molten iron. As the magnesium is enveloped by the iron, it burns white hot.
