This weekend was a total loss. My plan of 8.5 miles by Monday didn't happen, but I did just get in a 4 miler this evening. Time was 35'39", so with lots of hills and a little walking mixed in, I got in at just under a 9' mile. Nothing twinging in the calf, although there is a bit of tightness in that spot. I'm trying to go easy...but I've got lots of catching up to do.
I wonder how everyone else is doing...................................................................

About Me
Tapping Ductile
When treating ductile iron, the first transfer (from the furnace to the tundish ladle) is where magnesium is introduced to the molten iron. As the magnesium is enveloped by the iron, it burns white hot.
