More now...
This was a neat run scenery wise. The Detroit River is believe it or not, really pretty. Running on the Windsor, Canada side, you have a great view of downtown Detroit. I ran from the hotel to Ambassador Bridge and back. Just under 3.2 miles. The weather was quite hot and actually very dry. Ran the out leg into a steady head wind. Probably went out too quick and didn't have much left on the return leg, even with the wind help.
I'm disappointed that I have only run a few times this month. Not having a regular schedule makes it difficult...or at least makes me feel better about my excuses.

About Me
Tapping Ductile
When treating ductile iron, the first transfer (from the furnace to the tundish ladle) is where magnesium is introduced to the molten iron. As the magnesium is enveloped by the iron, it burns white hot.
