Labor Day to remember

This weekend, I put in two runs over 4 miles each. I intended for todays run to be over 5 miles and maybe closer to 6, but the dang hills just killed me. Both of the runs were at the river and both were pretty good runs from a finish standpoint.

One thing that made today's run something to remember was that Hurricane Gustav was coming ashore in New Orleans and some of the outflow was over our area. Pretty neat with the breezy conditions and cloud cover.

Below are my two river runs from this weekend. Pace needs work I know. I'll get there.
