Stress Handler

A pretty good day today down here in Cordele. The work day started at 5:30am and finished about 6pm. I followed that with a 3.2 miler in 31'31" from the hotel around the foundry. The pace was a bit slow, but it was also about 85F with near 100% humidity. In fact, this morning, TWC had the humidity at 100%. I thought that was crazy, but I guess that is the effect of Fay still hanging around. I walked for about 1' at the 21' mark, but that was it. It was a difficult run. The weather didn't help, but neither did the fact that I had about 6 cups of coffee today and didn't drink any water until after the run. I have got to take that more seriously than I have. Hydration has got to become a priority. Certainly it is something I can get away with at my current distances and times, but if I plan on doing anything more than this, I've got to get things ordered a little differently.

This is what it feels like outside...
