Week 6

Scheduling and fatigue are starting to mess with my running. Actually, they have been messing with it, but now I have to officially recognize it. The last three weeks, I have shorted my total miles by about three miles each week simply because of travel killing a run day or me being too tired to answer the alarm. I need to be more disciplined with it...miles are important right now!

As for this week, the plan is 3-5-3-7. I got my first 3 in last night. Actually it was a treadmill run, but I did 3.1M (5K) in 24:37. Best time ever in a 5k for me....and a sub 8-minute pace. I was really pumped. Today will be an easy 5 miles probably later this evening.
